Hi, I’m Chelcie Robb aka Hair by Chelcie Meranda. I am a studio owner located at Hair Expressions Studios in Yukon, Ok. I’ve been doing hair for 13 years and love everything about coming to work, making others feel on the outside how they do on the inside is what I strive for! I was voted Readers choice Best hairstylist in okc 2023! I also placed top 5 Best in the 405 for 2023. Cancellation Policy
All clients must give at least a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule their appointment in order to avoid a fee of 25% of their service cost.
If you cancel day of 50% of the service cost will be charged.
I understand things happen, so please try to reach out as soon as possible when it comes to needing to cancel and or reschedule.
If you are more than 15 minutes late with out notice to your appointment you will be charged 50% of your service charge + asked to reschedule.
If a client no-shows an appointment 75% of the service cost will be charged + will not be able to reschedule before paid in full.
